Quickviz Co. partnered with Bill Christopher, Principal of Urban Concepts, to create 3D visualizations and a video flythrough for a six-story residential building in Beverly Hills, CA. This urban infill project required not only photorealistic 3D renderings but also the seamless integration of the building into its existing surroundings, offering an accurate representation of its context.
The goal was to provide potential investors and stakeholders with a comprehensive view of how the building would look in context, capturing every detail from the rooftop terrace to the street trees and landscaping. The final product consisted of three stunning photorealistic renderings and a dynamic video flythrough, showcasing the project within its real-world environment.
Quickviz worked closely with Bill and his team to ensure the renderings accurately depicted the building’s design and its relationship with the existing streetscape. Quickviz's role was to insert the 3D model into the provided drone footage, capturing the true essence of the building within its urban landscape. Throughout the process, Quickviz worked closely with Bill and his team to refine the renderings and ensure that every detail, from street trees to patio furniture and the recreation spaces on the rooftop, was represented accurately.
This project was particularly significant as it required us to create a virtual building model and seamlessly integrate it into the actual urban context, providing a highly accurate representation of the building’s placement and surroundings. We are grateful to have worked with Bill Christopher and Urban Concepts on such a unique project. The collaboration was a success, and Quickviz Co. is excited to continue working on future projects which push the boundaries of architectural visualization.
