Quickviz Co. partnered with TITUS® Industrial Group Inc. to create a 3D animation showcasing their innovative TITUS Twister Mixing Aerator. The goal was to demonstrate the aerator’s functionality in a sewage pump station, both with and without the Ozone enhancement, highlighting its ability to mix and aerate wastewater, dissolve grease mats, and reduce odors.

The animation provided a step-by-step demonstration, from the aerator being lowered into the pump station to the blower activating and air moving through hoses. It captured the Twister’s unique vortex action, mixing the wastewater and drawing it into the Twister head for thorough aeration. This allowed potential clients to visualize the Twister’s performance in real-world applications.
