In collaboration with Prestige Building Company, Inc., Quickviz Co. was tasked with bringing the Westport Subdivision Amenity Center to life through high-quality 3D visualizations and an immersive fly-through video. This project aimed to offer a detailed view of the proposed amenity center to stakeholders and potential buyers, showcasing the center's design and community features in York, South Carolina.

Quickviz worked closely with Jonathan Gore, Vice President of Prestige Building Company, to ensure the visualization accurately reflected the architect's design and the client's expectations. The amenity center, which includes recreational spaces like a pool, pickleball courts, and a modern clubhouse, was an essential part of the community’s development, designed to enhance the lifestyle of future residents.

Key Highlights of the Video:

• Clubhouse Visualization: The video starts with a close-up of the clubhouse's modern design, featuring Sherwin Williams SW 7015 Repose Gray siding, black-framed windows, and a black iron entrance door, creating a welcoming facade.
• Pool and Outdoor Area: The flythrough showcases the pool area with crystal-clear blue water and an enhanced deck. Additional pool furniture and shrubbery were added to reflect client feedback.
• Pickleball Courts: Three pickleball courts are integrated into the design with an 8-foot black chain-link fence, ensuring they blend seamlessly with the overall layout.
• Enhanced Landscaping: The landscaping includes a mix of shade and evergreen trees, softening the environment and avoiding a dense, forest-like appearance.
• Community Features: Golf carts, more people, and additional furniture were incorporated to give the space a lively, lived-in feel. The video concludes with extra footage of the pickleball courts as requested.

The video has successfully highlighted the vision behind the Westport Subdivision Amenity Center, providing future residents with a clear preview of the space.
