*Terms & Conditions:

Timeframe:

• The promotion is available for a limited duration, applicable to all projects for which the full payment or deposit is received by the 3D Rendering Studio on or before June 30, 2023.
• The promotion is applicable to new projects initiated during the promotional period only.
• After the promotional period, the special offer will no longer be valid, and clients will need to pay the standard pricing for the services provided by the 3D Rendering Studio.

Applicable Services:

This promotion is valid exclusively for the following services provided by the studio:

• Photo-realistic 3D renderings (Eye level & Aerial Views)
• 360 VR Tours that include a minimum of 2 hotspots.
• This promotional offer does not extend to any other services provided by the studio including but not limited to Video Walkthroughs, 3D Floor Plans, SketchUp, 2D Color Elevations, or CAD Drafting Services.

Clubbing of Promo & Services:

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing provided by Quickviz.
• This promotion does not allow for applicability across various service categories. To elaborate, if a client is interested in obtaining 3D renderings, they cannot utilize the promotional offer for VR tours, and the same applies in reverse.

Physical Site Location / Project Address:

• To qualify for the promotion, all renderings must be part of the same project. For the purposes of this promotion, a "project" is defined as a collaborative effort between the client and Quickviz to create one or more 3D renderings or 360 VR Tours with 2+ hotspots related to a specific physical address or site location.
• All renderings and tasks associated with the same address or site location are considered part of the same project, while tasks and renderings for different addresses or site locations are deemed separate projects. Renderings must be requested and ordered together as a single project to be eligible for the promotion.

Minimum Order requirements:

• To qualify for the promotion, clients are required to purchase at least two renderings at their standard rates. The client will be eligible for a third rendering for free. The least expensive of the three (as determined by the pricing guidelines) will be provided for free.
  • Example Scenario 1:
    A client purchases two architectural renderings for their new residential project. The first rendering is of the exterior, priced at $800, and the second is of the living room, priced at $700. With the promotion, the client can get a third rendering of the bedroom, valued up to $700, for free.
  • Example Scenario 2:
    A client buys two renderings for a commercial office space project. The first rendering, showcasing the office layout, costs $1,000, while the second, focusing on the reception area, costs $900. The client can benefit from the promotion by obtaining a third rendering of a meeting room, valued up to $900, at no additional cost.
  • Example Scenario 3:
    A client purchases a VR tour with two hotspots in two separate locations within a residence. One for the kitchen / dining room at $1500 and one for the bedroom at $1200. The client is eligible to receive a third hotspot at any location within the project up to a value of $1200, at no additional cost.
• Note: Prices mentioned above in the example are for illustrative purposes only. Exact prices for such services are dependent on the exact project scope, deliverables, complexity, data provided etc. Please consult our team to get the exact price for your project.

Scope:

• This promotion applies exclusively to the initial scope of work and standard services agreed upon at the time, within the applicable services for this promo, of project initiation. Scope extensions, additional services, or subsequent revisions after the initiation / start of the project are not eligible for the promotional offer and may incur extra charges as per the 3D Rendering Studio's standard pricing structure or guidelines.

Non - Transferable:

• This promotion is non-transferable, and the free rendering must be used by the same client who purchased the other two renderings within the same project.
• The 3D Rendering Studio reserves the right to modify, revoke, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Definitions:

• A “project” is defined as a collaborative endeavor between a client and Quickviz to create one or more 3D renderings related to a specific physical address or site location. All renderings and tasks associated with the same address or site location are considered part of the same project, while tasks and renderings for different addresses or site locations are deemed separate projects.
• A "new project" is one that meets the following criteria:
  (1) it is initiated during the promotional period, with "initiated" defined as signing a contract and paying a deposit or full payment with Quickviz;
  (2) it has not been previously worked on by Quickviz, meaning that no work or services, such as consultation, modeling, or rendering, have been performed on this particular project;
• A "client" is defined as an individual or entity seeking the services of the 3D Rendering Studio to produce Photo-realistic 3D renderings or 360 VR Tours with 2+ hotspots for a specific project.
• A "scope extension" refers to any additions or modifications to the initial scope of work and standard services agreed upon at the time of project initiation within the applicable services for the promotion. These may include changes in the design, additional elements, or adjustments to the project requirements after the initiation or start of the project. Scope extensions are not eligible for the promotional offer and may result in additional charges as per the 3D Rendering Studio's standard pricing structure or guidelines.

This definition applies to both new and existing clients, with the promotion only applicable to completely new projects and not additional renderings within ongoing projects.
